Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to contractual payments—for example advertising campaigns, sponsored content packages, event partnerships, or any future paid digital products we may offer. It does not apply to ordinary free reading of the website.

Advertising and sponsorship cancellations

Advertising inventory is time-bound and often incurs production and trafficking costs. Once creative is approved and a flight is scheduled, full refunds are typically not available. We may consider good-faith alternatives such as credit notes, rescheduling, or partial adjustments depending on how much work has been performed and how close the start date is. Submit cancellation requests in writing via the contact page, including campaign identifiers, dates, and a brief rationale.

Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or twice for the same deliverable, notify us within fourteen (14) days with receipts. We will investigate and correct validated errors promptly.

Failure to deliver contracted inventory

If a material portion of confirmed inventory does not run due to a fault attributable to us (for example a verified placement did not serve during the contracted window), we will work with you on makegoods, extensions, or a proportional refund based on documented under-delivery.

Processing timelines

Approved refunds are generally initiated within seven to fourteen banking days to the original payment method where technically possible. Timing may be affected by banks, card networks, or payment processors outside our control.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve legitimate disputes quickly. Unfounded chargebacks may affect future commercial eligibility.

Relationship to other policies

These refund rules operate alongside our Terms & Conditions and any written insertion order or statement of work that explicitly controls for a specific deal.
