Mumbai: A Mumbai-based model, who became one of the most recognisable faces of the recent youth-led protests after she was seen blocking a police van, has issued a stern warning to social media users allegedly targeting her with abusive messages and threats.

The model, whose images and videos from the protest quickly went viral across social media platforms, said she is documenting offensive comments and abusive accounts. In a strongly worded statement, she declared, "I will identify each one of them," indicating that those responsible for online harassment could face legal consequences.

Her remarks came after a barrage of trolling followed the circulation of footage showing her standing in front of a police vehicle during the demonstration. While some users praised her as a symbol of peaceful resistance, others criticised her actions and posted abusive content online.
