'Not Taking Political Sanyas': Mamata Banerjee Vows to Continue Fight Against BJP

Kolkata: West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee has ruled out taking political "sanyas", asserting that she will continue her political journey and will not stop until she forces the BJP into "obscurity".

Addressing a gathering in West Bengal, Banerjee said she had no plans to retire from active politics and would continue working for the people. Her remarks came amid a sharp political battle between the ruling Trinamool Congress and the BJP over several issues in the state.
