Divya Khossla questions Komal Rani’s sindoor at Lalbaugcha Raja: ‘Whom are you kidding?’

Actor Divya Khossla has once again commented on the controversy surrounding Govinda, his wife Sunita Ahuja and his Roopa co-star Komal Rani Swarnkar.

Days after expressing support for Sunita Ahuja amid speculation surrounding Govinda and Komal Rani, Divya has now questioned Komal’s appearance at Mumbai’s Lalbaugcha Raja. Her comments focused particularly on the sindoor visible in Komal’s hair during the religious visit.

Govinda and Komal Rani were spotted together at Lalbaugcha Raja on September 22. Their appearance came on the same day that Sunita Ahuja had visited the pandal separately, bringing renewed attention to reports and speculation about the relationship between Govinda and Komal.

In an Instagram Story, Divya Khossla questioned the circumstances surrounding Komal’s appearance at the religious venue and said that personal choices should also be considered in the context of social boundaries.

Divya wrote that while people have the right to make choices in their personal lives, they should also maintain certain social boundaries.

She then referred to Komal’s appearance during the darshan and questioned how the sindoor became visible in her hair.

Divya alleged that the appearance could provide material for media coverage and questioned the circumstances surrounding it. She also objected to what she described as the use of religious symbolism in the controversy.

Divya further questioned the significance of sindoor and described it as an important symbol associated with a married Hindu woman. She also expressed disappointment with celebrities whom she said were supporting such actions.
