Rajinikanth Arrives at Dharman Shoot in Mysuru in an Autorickshaw, Greets Fans

Superstar Rajinikanth delighted fans in Mysuru when he arrived at the shooting location of his upcoming film Dharman in an autorickshaw. The unusual arrival quickly attracted attention as fans gathered outside the shooting venue hoping to catch a glimpse of the veteran actor.

Rajinikanth stepped out of the autorickshaw accompanied by his security personnel. As the crowd cheered, he waved and greeted the fans before entering the shooting location. The actor's interaction with the crowd became a memorable moment for those gathered outside the sets.

A separate video from the location showed security personnel attempting to close the gate to control the crowd. However, as the cheering continued, Rajinikanth came back outside and acknowledged his fans once again.

The actor was dressed casually in a maroon shirt and veshti. Several children were also present with their parents, while some fans greeted him by imitating his well-known hand gesture from his 2002 film Baba.

Earlier in the day, Rajinikanth had visited the Chamundeshwari Temple in Mysuru. He appeared without makeup and was dressed in his signature all-white outfit as fans gathered near the temple.

The Mysuru schedule of Dharman has also generated interest because of reports surrounding its cast. The film is directed by Ashwath Marimuthu and features Rajinikanth alongside Simran, Raashii Khanna and Yogi Babu. However, recent visuals from the shooting schedule have led to speculation that Telugu actors Ram Pothineni and Sreeleela could also be associated with the project.

A video from the sets showed Sreeleela wearing a pink-and-blue pattu pavadai. Meanwhile, a photograph featuring Raashii Khanna, Ram Pothineni and Rajinikanth was widely circulated online.

However, Ram Pothineni and Sreeleela have not been officially confirmed as part of the Dharman cast. Raashii Khanna had reportedly shared the photograph as part of a collection of pictures from Mysuru but later removed it after it became clear that Ram Pothineni's involvement in the project had not been officially confirmed.

The film is being produced by Kamal Haasan along with Rajinikanth. The title and director were announced in June after the project had previously been associated with filmmakers Sundar C and Cibi Chakravarthi at different stages.

The first-look poster for Dharman has already created curiosity around Rajinikanth's character. The poster presents him as a surgeon standing inside an operation theatre while holding a blood-stained scalpel, with stitched bodies visible around him. Its tagline describes the character as “The deadly doctor.”

Rajinikanth's unexpected autorickshaw arrival has now become one of the talking points from the Mysuru schedule, with videos and photographs of the actor greeting fans circulating widely online.
